DE Construction on the Canaries should meet more legal requirements. Certificates of these organizations form the basis of the legalization of the constructed facility and the issuance of a Warranty Insurance Policy for a period of 10 years. From this it follows that the quality of the construction is the responsibility of not only the builder, but also directly the government of the Canary Islands.
The sequence of the construction of the object is as follows:
-the acquisition of a plot of land (the cost of land plots is 200-400 euro / m2)
-selection of the project (finished or specially designed with your wishes)
- direct construction (cost, including materials, 900-1200 Euro / m2, the price varies from the cost of your chosen building materials).
